Venue: Ponak Resort, Jelebu, N9.
Happens on 15th jan 2010, 9 pick-up cars gathered around for a 2d2n camping trip to ponak resort in Jelebu, Negeri Sembilan. The ride begins at 10pm from Putratropika. Stopping at Pekan Jelebu for supper and Kg. Chennah Police Station for camping reporting, we arrived at campsite at around 2.30am.
The campsite is actually surrounded by river, so we have to cross it. car still can be park on the other side, but nearer is better. :-) And also easier for us to unload items carried. And unlucky, one car is stucked in the middle of the river, and the adventure is already begun... hehee....
Next day, after kuliah subuh & breakfast, our jurney start. Going around with 4x4 on rough trail, it is a good experience for us. In the afternoon, all the joyride sweat & tiredness is washed away with cool (i mean verry cool) waterfall that fall on our head. Very nice place to be.
Lunch nasi campur prepared by our chef zizan, the journey continues with in search of Jeram Merungut ( biaq betui nama nie...) walk thoughout bushes and river finally reached the destation: wow... the river is quite deep and was hidden by high river bank, a small waterfall is a very nice hidden place. soorry picture not available as my camera was no waterproof.. was plannig to get one of it.
then return back to campsite for kambing time!!! heehhe... specially prepared for the this camping trip..
then resting all night... no activites.
next morning, after kuliah subuh, another round of 4x4 journey, viewing the gunung hantu & org asli village...
check out in the afternoon, then browsing for durian & langsat along the way home.
wow... a very good experience... you should never miss it if you have the chance to join it...
